Mayflower Second Floor Addition

This project consisted of a two-story addition with exterior finishes. The first floor includes a mechanical room, laundry room, and family room. The second floor added an additional bedroom, office, and bathroom.
There were several obstacles we would have to overcome with this build. First of which is that the existing mechanical was in the footprint of the new addition. We could not relocate power, generator panel or the water heater due to health conditions of the homeowner. With these restrictions we had to construct the 2^nd floor first. Once dried-in, we could drop down and start the 1^st floor. The addition exceeded the home owner’s expectations.
