Family Room Addition

This project was our 4^th with this homeowner. This project consisted of a family room addition, second level deck accessible from master bedroom, exterior finishes, and new fencing. TK Paragon has watched this family grow over the years. As the family grew, so did the need to expand their existing living space. The need to have a larger gathering space was important to them. We added a family room off the existing kitchen adding 390 sq ft additional feet off the kitchen providing the gathering space that meets their needs.

Demolition of the existing concrete patio. Construct a family room with Andersen windows, cedar shake, 2^nd floor deck, TPO membrane roof, Timbertech railing, Azek exterior trim, hardwood flooring, Mitsubishi mini-split and landing.
