I believe this joy comes from the fact that Tom seems made to be a contractor and boss. He trains and inspires his crew each day, offers excellent supervision, and it’s just beautiful to watch their whole working system. “After receiving a very reasonable estimate, we hired TK Paragon to create a room in the top half of a two-story family room. Although we had a little trepidation because of prior experiences with contractors, we were impressed with Tom Kerschl from the start. He was knowledgeable, called or came by when he said he would, and was easy to work with. He, his crew, and his subcontractors were very professional, courteous, and cleaned the premises every day before leaving. As important as those are, the main aspect is that we were also impressed with their craftsmanship. It was evident throughout the process that our desires were important to them. They were flexible, even in the face of several changes made to the plans as the build evolved. The end result is that we love not only the room, but the quality of the construction. I wanted to tell you how much I have enjoyed my room since it was finished. Every day I sit out there and enjoy my garden and the birds and I love to listen to my roof when it rains. I’m so thankful that you listened to me and were able to take all my requests into account and give your expert advice on some of the things you thought would work best. The room has balance with the fireplace and the windows are a wonderful way for me to get the best of both the room and yard. All the men who worked on the room are hard workers, while being friendly and helpful to me during the process. Not to mention that they tried to minimize the impact on my garden and yard. You are blessed with good employees and I hope you will reward them. You and they all worked very hard to make sure all was done as if it was your own home.
